Every year Caliente hosts a Fourth of July celebration, and the Caliente Volunteer Fire Department, Beautification Committee, Homecoming Committee, City Utility Workers, 4H clubs and volunteers all pitch a lending hand to make Lincoln County’s only incorporated city memorable for all who visit and desire to enjoy a small-town celebration. Always a highlight at Caliente’s Fourth of July is the parade and fireman’s grudge match between Caliente and Pioche firefighting volunteers. Enjoy breakfast, games, parade, softball and fireworks!
