Get ready for Pioche’s 120th Annual Labor Day Celebration! From August 29th through September 1st, this historic mining town is the place to be for a three-day weekend of fun, family, and tradition—all with free admission!
Throughout the weekend, you’ll find classic Labor Day festivities including parades, a street dance, and a wide variety of delicious eats from local food trucks.
For those who love some friendly competition, the event has you covered. Get your game face on for softball, cornhole, horseshoes, and golf. For a unique thrill, don’t miss the lawnmower races, renegade races, and a UTV rodeo. And in a nod to the town’s rich heritage, you can witness traditional mining events that showcase Pioche’s storied past.
The whole family is invited to join the fun! Kids can enjoy a day of excitement with dedicated kids’ games, bounce houses, and swimming. But the fun doesn’t stop there. The weekend is packed with a fun run, a craft fair, a car show, and even a pet show. Test your luck at bingo or your aim at the trap shoot. Make sure to grab a plate at the fireman’s dinner, a highlight of the weekend’s culinary offerings.
